As part of the Pinya festival, Cal Vigatà is organising a workshop to learn how to make fresh cheese in the traditional way. It will be on Saturday 27 July, from 10am to 1pm, at the social venue. Valentí will guide participants from raw milk to the finished product. At the end, you can taste the cheeses made. It is a local, educational and fun activity, ideal for doing with family or friends. A tasty, close and authentic experience.
Vallviva is a solidarity festival that unites music, culture and gastronomy in the heart of the Vall d’en Bas. With stages such as the Village or the Cúpula, it offers concerts by emerging artists and headliners. It also includes signature cuisine with Michelin-starred chefs and unique spaces such as the Caseta Vallviva. At night, the atmosphere continues with DJs until dawn.
